Computer, Network and Laser printer repair:

As part of this On-site service we do the following:

  • Find the cause of the issue(s) you're experiencing and perform some additional tests to uncover any hidden issues (if any)
  • Provide you with an estimated cost (quote) for any hardware parts or software needed (if any)
  • Perform service as per Customer's instructions.
  • Perform a Basic Maintenance Service as added value, which includes:
  • Updating all of you operating system's critical and security updates.
  • Physically clean your computer/printer.
  • Optimize your device for better performance.

Note: Some software/hardware issues might require a re-installation of your OS (Operating System). In those cases you must provide the software needed, Operating System, restore/recovery disc(s) and/or applications.

*All software must be active and have a valid license in order for us to update it.

*Services do not include additional software or hardware parts.

  • Diagnose the issue(s) you're experiencing and perform some additional tests to uncover any hidden issues (if any)
  • Provide estimated cost (quote) for any hardware parts or software needed (if any)
  • Perform service as per Customer's instructions.
  • Perform a Basic Maintenance Service as added value, which includes:
  • Updating all of you operating system's critical and security updates.
  • Physically clean your computer/printer.
  • Optimize your device for better performance.
