Our mission:
  • To provide affordable, efficient and reliable computer and laser printer repair services to our customers.

Who do we serve?
  • Residential and SOHO (small business) customers in Queens and western Nassau (LI)
  • Residential customers nationwide through 24x7 remote support.

What do we fix?
  • Our services range from virus removal to broken lcd screens to computer or printer installs and setups and everything in between.
  • Missing laptop keys? Unbootable computers? No problem. Misbehaving printers? Printer Jams or other errors? Check. Network support, data recovery, hardware and software upgrades? We take care of that too. 

What do we offer?
  • Full service computer and laser printer repair. 
  • Local Onsite and/or In Shop repair in Queens and western Nassau county (LI).
  • After hours services (M-F 5pm-10pm Sat 9am-8pm EST)
  • Original OEM parts and supplies, 3rd party parts and exchange programs.
  • Fully certified, friendly and experienced technicians.
  • Client tools: Onsite/In-shop Support request form. Online invoice payment portal.
  • Ease of payment: We accept most major credit cards.

About the owner

Javier Rupert focuses his day in computer technology activities, and holds a variety of IT (Information Technology) certifications.

Currently serving both Residential and SOHO (Small Office Home Office) customers in Queens and Nassau, and also providing computer and printer support for NY's Department of Education schools in Queens.

He spends and enjoys whatever free time he gets with his wife and 3 kids in the Flushing neighborhood.
